Private: property 1'500 m2 (fenced), well-kept terraced garden with lawn and trees, indoor pool (9 x 5 m, depth 120 - 160 cm). Shower/WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, terrace, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Parking on the premises. Parking space or garage only for small to medium-sized cars.
