Lovely, newly built luxurious garden lodge, well equipped and stylishly decorated. One king-size bedroom, One bunk bed bedroom, & a pull out sofa bed in the lounge, BOTH bedrooms have their OWN sumptuous en-suite shower, sink & toilet

* We close the second bedroom off if you are a couple, however if you need to use this space then please let us know in advance of arrival
* Bedrooms: 2 bedrooms, 1 king-size with wall mounted TV and one with bunk-beds, and 1 sofa beds.
* Bed linen & towels: Bed linen and towels provided for free at the
property.
* Toiletries: Selection of toiletries supplied for you.
* Accessibility: You need to climb a small flight of steps to access the property.
* Kitchen and utilities: Tall fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, Nespresso coffee tablets provided, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.
* Smart TV in the lounge, and wall mounted TV in the bedroom.
* A few board games
* Your own private hot tub on your veranda.
* Outside: Covered decked veranda area, outside dining, hot tub, separate sun terrace and countryside views.
* Pets: No sorry not permitted
* Parking: Parking for one car provided, off street in-front of garage, if you need another parking space just ask and we can arrange an extra one for you at no extra charge
* Electric point next to paring space for EV charging (chargeable)
* Changeover time: Check in at 3 pm and Check out 10 am, if you would like to arrive earlier or leave later please ask, as this can sometimes be supplied at a small extra charge.
* Heating and hot water: Combi-boiler for hot water, central heating and 2 x heated towel rails.
* Free WiFi provided and Smart TV x 2
* Important notes: No smoking inside the property, however anywhere outside is just fine.
* Pets information: Pets are not permitted
