It consists of three lodgings, each with its own entrance: a ground floor studio with sofa bed and foldaway bunk bed and bathroom; a second floor with living room with sofa bed, separate kitchen, double bedroom where there is a third bed and bathroom; a penthouse with wonderful sea view, elegant living area with kitchenette, double bedroom with private bathroom, second double bedroom and second bathroom.
Each apartment has an outdoor area where guests can relax, especially the penthouse with a very large terrace where all the guests can gather to spend pleasant moments of relaxation together enjoying the breathtaking sea view of the Gulf of Orosei.
The residence has a very large private park shaded by beautiful pines and oleanders and a private swimming pool where guests can cool off and relax. There is also a nice barbecue area, a garage and an additional service in the pool area.
The residence has air conditioning, a washing machine, dishwasher, oven and television on the top floor.
