Of ample size, it consists of a spacious living area with fully equipped kitchen, dining room with bookcase, wicker sitting room, framed by beautiful windows overlooking the sea; also, the living room with comfortable fabric sofas and a part with wooden seating with stylish furniture created by local artists, also with beautiful windows overlooking the sea. The sleeping area consists of five bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The property is completed by a very large veranda, with a breathtaking view of the sea, furnished with tables and chairs and masonry seats complete with cushions, a barbecue, a garden, a garage for two cars and two uncovered parking spaces.
