Restored Frisian house with fully fenced garden with terrace facing south outside a holiday home development. The property is overgrown with mature trees. Dog allowed.  Nessmersiel is also often referred to as the Mecca of Watt Walkers because most of the mudflats to the East Frisian North Sea islands of Norderney and Baltrum and the Wadden Sea World Heritage Site start from here. Nessmersiel has a designated dog beach with a fenced fun aglity park.

200-139a:
Ground floor: Living room with modern living area and large flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Separate kitchen with well equipped high quality fitted kitchen with 4-plate stove with ceramic hob and oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, etc. Dining table with seating. Mini stereo system. Daylight bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and washing machine.  Upstairs: 1 bedroom with double bed. 1 bedroom / children's room with 2 single beds. Highchair and baby travel cot available. If you do not want to bring sheets and towels, these can be rented.
