Spend a wonderful holiday in our completely newly furnished holiday home. It is one of the few detached holiday homes in Neßmersiel, just a few minutes by bike (or on foot) from the beach. Ideal for families with children. Dogs are also welcome. In our house, you will find all the amenities you expect from a holiday. A cozy living room with comfortable seating for the whole family, numerous games for all ages, a TV with streaming services, and much more. You will find a fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, modern oven, fridge-freezer combination, microwave, induction hob, cooking and baking utensils, and enough dishes and cutlery for everyone. We provide an original East Frisian tea set for the East Frisian tea ceremony. Sleep in new, comfortable beds. On the ground floor, a high-quality box spring bed invites you to restful nights, while upstairs there are two bedrooms with double beds. One of the two rooms has been lovingly converted into a children's room with plenty of games. Furthermore, on the ground floor you will find a modern bathroom with a rainforest shower and underfloor heating, as well as a separate guest toilet. The garden is fully fenced, so you can let the children play in the garden without worry, and the family dog won't escape. A large children's playground is just a few meters from the house. Directly behind it is an Edeka supermarket, open daily from March to October. In addition, you will find a mobile bread delivery service every morning all year round. Restaurants are also within walking distance. You can leave your car at home and charge it at our e-car charging station for your return trip at favorable rates.
