Möbilierung etwas in die Jahre gekommen, "Divanbett" ist nur ein Klappsofa, war uns als Paar allerdings noch lieber als die getrennten Betten im kleinen Schlafzimmer. Duschvorhang war nagelneu, weil das in einer früheren Bewertung noch nicht der Fall war. Es war sauber, bis auf die Balkonmöbel, aber die kann man das selber abwischen. Waren im Mai wohl noch nicht im Gebrauch. Allerdings könnte man den Wäscheständer auf dem Balkon mal erneuern, der ist uralt und wackelig, bei etwas Wind schon nicht mehr zu gebrauchen. Aber das sind Kleinigkeiten, auf jeden Fall passt das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.

Ich fands super. Die Kids fanden es zu klein. Liegt aber daran, dass wir ein grosses Haus haben und die Bewegungsfreiheit für die beiden doch was eingeschränkt war

Haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Für mich und meine beiden Kinder war die Wohnung super. Es war alles da was man braucht. Der Balkon war super groß und war Gott sei Dank nicht mit diesen scheiben verschlossen wie andere Balkone. Es war alles sauber, bis auf im Kühlschrank waren ein zwei Haare. Diese waren nicht ansprechend. Kann ich aber trotzdem nur weiterempfehlen!!!

... wenn einen die Brotkrümel und Zahnpastaspritzer der Vormieter am Spiegel nicht stören, kann man diese Unterkunft durchaus mieten. Sie ist vergleichsweise günstig. Da muss man vlt. Manches in Kauf nehmen. Aber wäre ein neuer Duschvorhang wirklich eine unzumutbare Investition, wenn der Alte völlig verspakt ist??? (Unter 10 Euro!) Wichtig ist auch zu wissen, dass man zwar durchaus Sonne auf dem Balkon hat - aber nur bis 10 Uhr morgens!

War nur oberflächlich sauber.Staub auf Fliesensims deutlich sichtbar. Spinnweben hinter den Betten.Duschvorgang muffig,Kalt u.Warmwasserhähne nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Einrichtung alt u.tw.kaputt.Matratzenschoner fleckig. Küche ok u.gut eingerichtet. Schöner Balkon. Jalousien im Wohnzimmer fehlen.

hat super geklappt, freitags gebucht, samstags angekommen. gut ausgestattete fewo, habe mich wohlgefühlt. das einzige war, der parkplatz war abends nicht beleuchtet

Insgesamt zufriedenstellend

Nette kleine Wohnung, unangenehm war nur, dass es keine Möglichkeit gab, das Schlafzimmerfenster genügend zu verdunkeln (kein Rollo/kein dunkler Vorhang) und dass man das Wasser in der Dusche schlecht regulieren kann - es kommt teilweise sehr heisses Wasser oder ganz kaltes.
