Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt

Besonders genossen haben wir den verglasten Balkon. War bei typischem Nordseewetter Gold wert. Und die Aussicht war wunderschön

Wohnung in Ordnung - Balkon leider nicht

Das einzige Manko ist der Balkon. Der Ausblick ist zwar wunderbar aber er ist in einem schlechten Zustand. Aus diesem Grund haben wir ihn lediglich zum Lüften der Wohnung genutzt. Das war allerdings auch nicht einfach, da die zu verschiebbaren Glasscheiben in einem renovierungsbedürftigen Zustand waren. Die Wohnung an sich ist in einem guten Zustand. Da wir nur einige Tage dort gewesen sind und tagsüber unterwegs waren, haben wir es einfach hingenommen.

Nie wieder

Zunächst mal zum Positiven: Die Küche und das Bad sind sehr neu. Es ist mit Liebe eingerichtet. Das Negative: Als wir ankamen roch die ganze Wohnung nach Rauch und Lufterfrischer oder Ähnlichem. Wahrscheinlich um den Rauchgeruch überdecken zu wollen. Als wir auf den Balkon kamen wurde und auch klar warum es so schlimm roch. Der Balkon war mit Fenstern verschlossen und der Aschenbecher stand auf dem Balkontisch. Der Küchentisch, der Tisch vorm Sofa und die Gästehandtücher waren dreckig. An den Decken waren Spinnenweben und Spinnen zu entdecken. Wir haben lediglich 1 Nacht in dieser Wohnung geschlafen, weil unser Sohn nur noch hustete und das nichts mit Erholung zu tun hatte. Wir sind sehr enttäuscht.

Schöner Urlaub

Die Buchung war sehr einfach und die Kontaktaufnahme ging reibungslos. Schlüsselübergabe war sehr nett und die Dame erklärte uns alles. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben. Wir haben uns in den 5 Tagen sehr erholt. Eine saubere Unterkunft mit gemütlicher Atmosphäre. Handtücher und Bettwäsche war vorhanden. Sogar ein Fön, ein Wasserkocher, eine Kaffeemaschine ein Herd mit Backofen und Geschirr und Besteck alles da. Beim nächsten Mal packen wir weniger ein. Wir buchen den nächsten Urlaub wieder dort. Wir können es nur empfehlen.
