Modern apartment with fireplace and south facing balcony on the dike in the coastal resort Neßmersiel on the East Frisian North Sea coast with views over the dike to the islands.   Nessmersiel is often referred to as the Mecca of Wattwanderer since start from here most mudflats on the North Coast. Beach, harbor and the family center Sturmfrei with WellnessOase are within walking distance.

Komfortabel Ferienwohnungen

Schöne Wohnung, Einkaufmöglichkeiten in laufnähe (ca. 8min), Fahrräder vorhanden für Erkundungen in der Nähe, 400m von einer Drachenwiese entfernt. Ca. 2km bis zum Sandstrand und Fähre nach Baltrum. Hinter dem Haus, Strankorb, Sitzgelegenheit und Grill. Alles da. Würde ich auf jefenfall wieder buchen.

Tolle Lage

Die Wohnung ist im 1. Stock, zu ihr gehört ein Schuppen mit Fahrrädern, Bollerwagen, Griller und ein paar Spielen sowie ein Strandkorb. Bis zur Fähre und zum Strand sind es ca. 1,1 km. Restaurants und ein Supermarkt mit Bäcker sind in 200m super zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, Spiele und Bücher für jedes Alter sind auch da. Tatsächlich könnte die Wohnung eine Reinigung in den Ecken verkraften, aber ansonsten ist alles sauber und Putzmittel waren auch vorhanden. Wir haben unsere Zeit dort sehr genossen.

Leider nicht sauber

Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten und liegt im ruhigen und verträumten Dorf. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super! Leider ist die Wohnung nicht sehr sauber. Diese gehört mal so richtig geputz! Bei uns war der Duschkopf kaputt, die Glühbirne im Schlafzimmer ging leider auch nicht. Ansonsten ein schöner Urlaub!

Sommerurlaub 2021

Wir waren auf den ersten Blick mit allen zu Frieden. Doch nachdem wir in Ruhe angekommen waren, haben wir festgestellt das in der Toilette noch das Schmutzwasser vom Wischen gewesen ist, in den Ecken waren sehr sehr viele Spinnweben und der ausgeschrieben Internetzugang war zwar gegeben, aber da es sich um einen Gigacube handelte kam die Mitteilung, dass das Datenvolumen aufegebraucht war. Für uns sehr schlecht, da wir einiges unternehmen wollten und im Internet nicht recherchieren konnten. Der normale Empfang ist in dieser Gegend eher nicht gegeben. Auch die Bettdecken müssten erneuert oder gereinigt werden, da sie sehr fleckig waren. Was sehr positiv war, waren die vorhanden Spielsachen für die Kinder und der Schuppen mit den zu Verfügung gestellten Fahrrädern, Bollerwagen, Schaufeln für den Strand und der Grill waren super. Alles in allem war es schön aber die Sauberkeit sollte überarbeitet werden.
