Second floor is bedroom with a queen bed, A/C, 65" streaming TV and attached 1/2 bath. Heated floors.
Third floor features the lighthouse-style cathedral cupola, and includes a small kitchen, dining and sitting space with high-end appliances and wood burning fireplace. It also has a high quality Serta spring bed convertible queen sofa, so can be used as bedroom for two since main house already has 2 kitchens. Heated floors and A/C.
The top level also has a viewing balcony/deck where you will get sweeping views of the ranch in all directions.
