The room was lovely the hotel overall was lovely major downfall was there was no hot water during my stay and then my deposit was kept due to dirty laundry!!! I’m not happy with this major issue in my opinion as I have never been expected to launder the towels and sheets for staying in a room the hotel staff should be knowledgeable enough to know how to wash linens and not use it as an excuse to keep my deposit that I wasn’t aware of until I arrived at the property it was left out on the important information portion of the fees!!!! I didn’t damage anything and should not have been denied my deposit over LAUNDRY!!!

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Jordan and Tika went above and beyond to make this an enjoyable stay. The rooms are always very clean. We will continue to stay at this hotel as long as we travel to this area.
