The room had not been cleaned. I contacted the front desk about the room, they never answered. I call from different phone lines and was unsuccessful in reaching someone. The next morning when I checked out I asked to speak with manager, the manager was not there. I left information with the attendant on duty about the unkept room and emailed pictures and videos of the terrible upkeep of the room. I was told that she would give her manager the information, I haven't heard from noone as of today.
