The space
When you first walk in, you'll be welcomed with an open concept floor plan.

- The Kitchen is thoughtfully designed with an integrated waterfall island, providing seating, food prep area, and a designer touch to the space! The Kitchen comes fully equipped with pots, pans, cooking utensils, and everything you need to prepare a home-cooked meal!
- You can throw back and relax on the plush green sofa and enjoy a show on the 65" Roku smart TV with all of the streaming platforms available. The sofa doubles as a single bed for a 5th person.
- Through the Hall, you will find the Laundry Room on the left with a washer & dryer. On the right is the Bathroom, equipped with all of your standard amenities, including complimentary body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Enjoy endless hot water in the floor-to-ceiling tile shower due to a tankless water heater:)
- Finally you have your two bedrooms who can both sleep 2 comfortably. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and closet for your clothes. The master bedroom features a spacious king bed, where you can relax and watch a show on the 50" smart TV. Enjoy plenty of storage space with a large walk-in closet with plenty of hangers.

In Dothan for a Birthday Party

We were in Dothan for a planned birthday party. I did not want to stay at a hotel this time. I was curious if Dothan offered vacation homes/condos and it did. I was pleasantly surprised to find this property. It was my style, new, clean, and great location. To me, it is located in the heart of Dothan right off the Ross Cross Circle which is close to my family members' homes, stores, and restaurants. I'm currently pregnant so I really appreciated the comfortable beds and hot showers. The whole condo was nice. The property manager was a great communicator and provided detailed information prior to my arrival. He also checked in during our visit to make sure we were okay. Everything was as discussed so our stay was really nice. I would visit this home again in the future.

Clean. Cute. Convenient.

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. It has everything we needed for our stay. Within 30 minutes of arriving, I was making spaghetti and meatballs with salad and garlic toast. I had everything in the kitchen needed to make that happen. The hosts were very accommodating with a last minute change in our guests. It was extremely clean and was just perfect for our 3 night stay. I will definitely be staying here again if we’re in the area.
