We stayed at Springhill Suites in Dothan for three nights. It was a very quiet, clean and updated hotel. Friendly staff and a good breakfast, too! We would go back.

The check-in process was horrible. It took an entire hour to get to my room because the key did not work twice. The person working in the desk had me waiting while he checked in other people rather than dealing with my broken key. Once I got in the room was very clean and very nice. I never received an apology or anything for the inconvenience, which was very disappointing.
