In Berry, in a completely renovated 11th century building, close to the large ponds of the Brenne PNR, all on the ground floor imbued with an authentic decoration specific to the identity of the place. Adjoining accommodation with another accommodation. Entrance - living room with lounge, dining room and fitted kitchen of 30m² - shower room with wc - 2 independent bedrooms each with 1 140 cm bed. + a convertible sofa
Interior equipment: television, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, refrigerator, coffee maker, oven, etc.
outdoor equipment: private terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, private parking, pond shared with a second gite.
The exteriors are being developed (gravelled courtyard and grassed area). Wifi (network currently being deployed in the sector).
For fishing enthusiasts, a 2 ha pond is nearby 5 mm on foot on simple request.
option: Located 10 mm from the cottage the wellness area o Claise located in St Michel en Brenne can welcome you by offering you a whole set of body and face care: [hidden] or [hidden] the accommodation is on one level and the passage openings are 90cm
A deposit of 300€ is required for rentals.
