Ruhiges Ferienhaus auf dem Land

Eingebettet in eine idyllische Umgebung liegt dieses Ferienhaus mit einer wunderbaren Aussicht in Ploare/Douarnenez. Alles sauber, gute Ausstattung, man muss halt als Selbstversorger ein paar Kilometerchrn zum nächsten Bäcker/Supermarkt fahren. Es hat uns sehr gefallen!

La maison est très propre et très bien équipée (micro-ondes, four moderne, frigo, ustensiles, lave-linge et sèche-linge...). L'accès est un peu difficile pour qui ne connaît pas l'endroit ou n'y est pas habitué (en pente et dans un virage). La voiture est obligatoire dans toute activité, pas de lieu de promenade à pied proche pour le soir. La communication avec le propriétaire est un peu délicate.

Schönes und komfortables Ferienhaus in ländlicher Umgebung mit schöner Aussicht. Es steht allein an der Route du Juch mit wenig Verkehr. Frühstücken ist morgens schon in der Sonne möglich, Gartenmöbel und eine Sonnenmarkise sind auch vorhanden. Das Haus ist geräumig, mit Allem ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt. Ideale Lage, um die West-Cornouaille mit ihren Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erkunden. Für Fahrradfahrer: 15 Minuten bis zum Hafen mit guten Restaurants. Die Vermieter sind sehr sympathisch und gastfreundlich. Beste Voraussetzungen für einen schönen Urlaub.

endroit très sympa,la maison est très confortable les pièces comme la cuisine et les chambres sont dès spacieuses et le garage,avec une porte donnant directement dans la maison est très pratique.Il y a tout le confort dans l'annonce il n'est pas signalé de lave linge mais il y en a un dans le garage

Tromperie...

Photos de la maison, et surtout de l'entrée, flatteuses, mais trompeuses dans la réalité car l'accès à la maison n'a pas été photographié et encore moins l'accès qui mène au garage. L'emplacement de la maison, dans un virage, rend l'accès difficile et surtout dangereux ; et pour le garage, de multiples manœuvres s'imposent (attention surtout à votre bas de caisse). Les photos de cet accès que nous avions demandées ne nous ont pas été fournies, et pour cause. Cela relève par conséquent d'une tromperie d'autant plus délibérée que l'emplacement de la maison ne correspond pas à l'adresse indiquée sur le plan de l'annonce (la maison se trouve en réalité route du Juch et non chemin de Kervillerm ). Nous avons découvert cette maison après avoir roulé 1100 kms. Nous y avons passé la nuit et nous sommes repartis dans l'autre sens le lendemain matin. Au passage la propriétaire des lieux, qui ne s'est pas excusée une seule fois, a bien sûr gardé les 30% d'acompte, ce qui fait un peu chère la nuit. Nous prévoyons de saisir la DGCCRF dès que nous aurons un moment pour le faire, cette expérience nous ayant laissé un goût quelque peu amer...

Mr et Mme Caradec sont des personnes accueillantes, location d'une maison très sympathique située dans la campagne à 3 km de Douarnenez, repos garantie.
