RESERVATIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU RETURN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT TO SMITH LAKE RENTALS. NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, etc parties. Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved. Violation will result in eviction.

Located in great spot on the lake! No Wake Zone - low boat traffic. Close to main channel. Cozy cabin on a beautiful lot, with personal dock, boat slip, PWC dock, and swim pier - everything you need for a getaway to the Lake! Basketball goal (bring your ball) and fire pit.
Seating for 3 at the bar, 6 at the table on deck, and picnic area underneath the trees in the yard. Gentle sloped yard down to the water! Enjoy the water right from the dock, or sit by the fire pit in the evenings.

Sleeps 9 in beds. Maximum occupancy : 9

Bedroom #1: QUEEN size bed- main level
Bedroom #2: FULL size bed and BUNK BED (twin/twin)- main level

Power available on dock. Year round water. PWC port available for guests use. Boat slip available to guest. Kayaks and canoe for guest's use.
