1h30 from Paris, located in a quiet and pleasant place, near the Ouanne valley, at the gateway to Burgundy, renovated Gâtinaise farmhouse adjoining another gîte separated by a tree-filled hedge. A semi-enclosed green space is accessible at the front of the gîte. Semi-detached gîte with 4 bedrooms accommodating 4 to 6 people.

Ground floor: large living room with a fitted kitchen, dining area with a fireplace, shower room and separate toilet.

Upstairs: 4 bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 1 140 bed, the second with 2 90 beds, the third with 1 90 bed also, separate toilet and the fourth with 1 140 bed and adjoining shower room.

Shared swimming pool (8mx4m) with the second gîte, unheated, open from May to September for a moment of relaxation.

Closed garage (for 1 car).

Electric heating in addition (billed according to consumption) and/or wood (100€/stere for the insert). End of stay cleaning fee at 60€ (mandatory for companies every 15 days). Sheets provided. (Towels NOT provided, please bring your own). Portable coverage: SFR and Orange.

Coming from Paris take the A6 motorway towards Lyon. Take the Courtenay exit and continue to Douchy. In the village, direction Montargis and 1 km, turn right towards Chuelles. The gîte is 2 km on the right.
