Quiet Cottage near Paris, Sleeps 7, Green Surroundings

An hour and a half from Paris, in a peaceful and pleasant location near the Ouanne Valley, at the gateway to Burgundy, this renovated Gâtinais farmhouse is semi-detached with another gîte, separated by a hedge. A semi-enclosed green space is accessible at the front of the gîte. This semi-detached gîte has four bedrooms and can accommodate four to six people.

Ground floor: large living room with a fitted kitchen, dining area with a fireplace, shower room, and separate WC.

First floor: four bedrooms: one with a double bed (140cm), the second with two single beds (90cm), the third with a single bed (90cm), and a separate WC; and the fourth with a double bed (140cm) and an en-suite shower room.

Shared swimming pool (8m x 4m) with the other gîte, unheated, open from May to September for relaxation.

Enclosed garage (for one car).

Electric heating is available at an extra cost (billed according to consumption) and/or wood (€100/stere for the fireplace insert). End-of-stay cleaning fee of €70 (mandatory for companies every 15 days). Bed linen is provided. (Towels are NOT provided; please bring your own). Mobile network coverage: SFR and Orange.

Coming from Paris take the A6 motorway towards Lyon. Take the Courtenay exit and continue to Douchy. In the village, direction Montargis and 1 km, turn right towards Chuelles. The gîte is 2 km on the right.
