We travel through the area often and always stay here. It’s almost a home away from home. And sometimes we get to play with the owners dog Scout. We love the history behind this place. It’s like you’re in the old west. But no bandits.

We only stayed one night, but it was quite nice. Smallish room and beds, but suited us just fine. There was carpet being installed outside our room, but this did not bother us at all. Cute, historic hotel. We had minimal interaction with the staff, but the interactions we did have were quite pleasant. Recommend if you are into historical buildings at all.

This is an older hotel. It was very clean considering. It wasnt the perfect fit for our family, but would be fine for a couple. They were very kind and brought us a rollaway bed, but other than that we never actually saw any hotel staff.
