Dont waste your money

Well booked a multiple beds suite we get into town late due to getting off work then traveling get to help the lady working the front desk have 0 i mean 0 personality no hello no nothing get checked in just hands me keys no talk or heres your keys your in room such and such she must really hate working nights get to room its just a normal 2 bed queen not the suite with 2 queen's and double pull out. My wife goes and talks to the super friendly front desk...not and she tells my wife or you called and requested a pet room i have no idea who called and requested a pet room saying it was me. But we made due beds were not comfortable and the next morning my son takes a shower and parts of the shower head start falling off broken. If you would like a over priced dump this place is for you

Rooms lovely and with great amenities.When we went to our room it hadnt been fully cleaned so we had to wait outside until it was finished so seems there was a communication breakdown between the team. At.845am on day of check out the cleaning team were knocking on our door to see when we were leaving despite check out being 11am. Breakfast was poor, however the lady working there was amazing and so friendly and helpful. There are a lot of other hotels in the area so if we were to come back we would stay elsewhere.

Front desk red- headed staff member was cold and not helpful. When asked about a good place to eat she automatically recommended a high priced steak house and talked poorly about another while referring that it was Sunday, after all, so few places were open. Did not offer any info on breakfast or helpful beyond checking us in.

Other than the door not closing on its own or all the way. We accidentally left it open a couple of times. Otherwise it was clean and the staff were friendly.
