A internet do Hotel estava péssima. Na chegada havia apenas uma recepcionista e uma fila de hospedes para serem atendidos. Solicitei um quarto com vista para frente do hotel e recebi dos fundos, foi solicitado troca e recebi um de frente com apenas uma cama, sendo que reservei um quarto com 2 camas de casal (3 hospedes), troquei novamente e recebi novamente um quarto dos fundos, portanto na quarta tentativa e depois de 30 minutos recebi o quarto com 2 camas de casal e vista para frente do hotel. O hotel tem de positivo um excelente café da manhã com excelente atendimento ao responsáveis pelo café da mnhã.
