With 2 queen beds and 5 twin beds, the bedrooms provide a cozy haven for a restful night's sleep. The primary bedroom has a Tempur-Pedic mattress for your comfort. The house features a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa bed, and 2 bathrooms. Spend your summer days swimming, boating or kayaking on all -sport Magician Lake. Use of 2 kayaks and a pedal boat are included with your stay. Feel free to bring your own boat or jet ski or you may also rent one from a facility nearby. Poles with augers are on the premises so you can conveniently tie your boat up at the low traffic, public access area about a block away from the property. This area features sandy waters ideal for swimming along with a grassy park where you can spend the day at the water with your friends and family. Cook up some burgers on the propane Weber grill or the charcoal grill. Unwind in the evenings by cozying up by the fire pit. Roast some marshmallows or play some games! Nicole's gem getaway

Nicole's home is THE place to sign up for! Located in a corner lot, within a quiet neighborhood situated a block away from a lake, one is housed with plenty of room for up to 8 people. The home interior is very clean, well maintained and with many amenities found in one's own home. The outdoor of the place has a nice front deck where one can sit and watch the sun set with a wide view across an open field. As for the back, plenty of room for a group of people to sit back in front of a fire pit and enjoy the moment. In our case, it was just the two of us and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay at and a host who welcomed us and stayed in touch often. Thank you, Mario and Claudia
