The charming historical Row Houses were originally built for the railroad that runs right through town; in yester-year, the very first stop of the legendary Orphan Train. Later The Row offered housing for the workers of the famous Potbellied Stoves that were manufactured here and added to the prosperity of this town. Now you can tuck into the charming history of this sweet house with all the modern conveniences. Perfect walking distance to everything you need in lovely quaint Dowagiac.

We have lovingly restored it to its natural charm. Fully equipped with modern amenities; luxe 100% linen bed linens and feather toppers, a small fully fenced in dog run, full kitchen, laundry, and so beautifully decorated you might not want to leave!

Walk just a couple blocks to downtown Dowagiac with EVERYTHING you need. Shopping, ice cream, restaurants, historical points, and quiet small-town life.

Take the train into the city or come from the city and leave your car!

We are the perfect place to recharge, unwind, and enjoy all the Great Lakes region has to offer.
