Μaisonette Elpida
The house is located in the village of Old Agios Athanassios (1200 meters). The distance to the village's central square is approximately 400m (5'walk), 16km from the Kaimaktsalan ski town of North/Kaimaktsalan and about 45' from the Pozar baths. Up to 8 people can be hosted, of which 3 will be hosted in the loft, 2 in the bedroom, 1 in the living room and 2 on the ground floor.
The space
A beautiful and ''cozy'' maisonette of 90sqm in 4 levels,which can accommodate from 4 to 8 guests! It is located in the settlement of '' ALKYONIDES '', just behind the hotel '' 'STONE',and access is either from the regional road (you suggest) or through the village. A big advantage is the outdoor parking area of the guests,which gives direct access to the street to the ski center OF KAIMATSALAN!
The duplex is made of stone and wood, on a simple line, and of course it has a very beautiful stone fireplace to warm you on the cold evenings of winter, with your friends while it snows outside!
There are 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds 2 bathrooms and an extra comfortable loft with 2 single beds and a single sofa that can be turned into a single bed, as well as a three-seater couch in the living room that can sleep a guest. The communication between the floors is made with traditional wooden stairs and each floor is about 23sqm.In the living room there is of course the fully equipped kitchen,with fridge and oven.The gate of the house is towards the settlement and there is a small balcony for anyone who wants to enjoy their coffee outside in the yard!
''Hope '' is in the center of the village and the distance from shops and the main square is really minimal!

Parking is private, inside the courtyard of the property. There's room for three family cars. All the homes are available for guests. We kindly ask that you let us know in a timely manner if possible.
