Nous n'avons effectivement pas de service de bagagistes, ceci n'étant pas un critère obligatoire pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, c'est la raison pour laquelle vos bagages n'ont pas été pris en charge. Lorsque nous accompagnons les clients à leur chambre nous avons remarqué que la majorité ne souhaite pas d'explications, juste prendre possession de la chambre afin de se reposer, c'est pourquoi nous nous faisons les plus discrets et rapides possible à l'arrivée. Toutefois vous avez parfaitement raison, le réceptionniste aurait dû vous demander si vous souhaitiez quelques explications sur votre chambre, nous veillerons à ce que cela soit fait à l'avenir.
