Private: large, well-kept terraced garden, 3'000 m2 (not fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 100 - 250 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase and alarm system. Terrace, garden furniture. 800 m long bumpy motor access. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 3 km, restaurant 3 km, café 3 km, bus stop 2.5 km, railway station "Les Arcs Draguignan" 16 km, sandy beach "Fréjus" 40 km. Golf course (18 hole) 21 km. Prestations pas à la hauteur du prix

La région est magnifique, l'environnement de la maison est bien mais la maison est dans un état très moyen. Fissures et cassures du carrelage autour de la piscine, nombreuses lumières hors service, plusieurs objets cassés (tête de lit, lampe halogène, dérouleur dans les toilettes, ...)
