The apartment: about 45 square meters, 2-3 people (+ 1 extra bed for children up to 12 years, located in the annex of the landlord. Equipment: Living room with modern kitchen unit, TV, radio, pull-out couch, dining table, bedroom with double bed and single bed, shower, WC. 1 terrace is at the house, 1 further terrace with barbecue is tucked away in the green (garden), bed linen and towels can be hired locally for a fee.  Use of Wi-Fi per day 1.50 Euro, pet 6.00 € / day, electricity according to consumption (0.30 € kw / h) will be charged on the spot!

We offer our guests a holiday apartment (45 sqm, ground floor, 1 bedroom, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom) and a cottage (83 sqm, 3 stars, 1 kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 sep. Toilet), 1 sep. Shower) - Rural quiet location with partial view to the water (about 400 m) .Ferienwohnung): 2012 renovation and installation of a modern kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, cooking facilities with ceramic hob) .From the kitchen you look into a well-kept garden. There are 2 terraces with barbecue corner available. A small children's playground is also available. The house is comfortably furnished. From the kitchen you look out on a large garden lovingly maintained (about 350 sqm). Here are 2 terraces with barbecue facilities and a small children's playground. Here your children are allowed to romp. On request, we offer beverage service and shopping service for the initial supply of the refrigerator. You can end the evening quietly and relaxed while clapping at the fireplace. Cottage and apartment have tv flat screens. Laundry and bicycle storage facilities are available. Various (4) sandy beaches are in the immediate vicinity - about 2.5-5 km. You will find relaxation not only when swimming in the lake but also on bike rides along the cliffs with fascinating views of the sea. When walking on the beach, you may find fossils with a bit of luck. Ideal conditions are also available for surfing and fishing. (So ​​far the highest fishing luck: 1.18 m long pike.)   A smokehouse is available, so that the caught fish itself can be smoked.  To freeze your catch you have 1 freezer (in the house) and a freezer (for apartment and cottage) available. A golf course is about 2 km and a horse farm in about 400 m away. Other possibilities for relaxation can be found in the immediate vicinity in Juliusruh: Wellness offer (swimming pool, sauna, solarium, massage, fitness area). You can reach on foot the oldest restaurant of Rügen to Schifferkrug (about 700 m distance), or you can enjoy it at Schreibers fish snack and enjoy at the same time a beautiful view of the water.  Highly recommended is a day trip by boat from Dranske, Wiek or Breege to Hiddensee. Visit also the northernmost town of Rügen: Cape Arkona with its lighthouses and Slavic ramparts or the smallest, very idyllic fishing village of the island (12 km away): Vitt.  These are just a few attractions in our area. Arrival is possible from 16:00 to 22:00 and departure from 07:00 to 10:00.
