The booking system changed the town, the original booking was made for. I showed up to the location and was told there was no reservations. Phoned the hotel that was 2 hrs away and the front desk wouldnt change the reservation to the town i was in. I had to pay double the price to get a room for the night and they billed me anyways for the no show!

Staff was excellent, friendly and helpful as always. Breakfast was tasty, and they didn't run out of croissants this time. Lol Room was clean and had a nice layout.

First room I was given smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. The 2nd room was not cleaned very well. Old used wash cloth was hanging off the shampoo dispenser in the shower. Carpet hadn’t been vacuum, lots of dry mud spots on it.

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly! Room's carpet was not perfectly clean but everything else was. The 2 fridges (one full size) was a nice touch but the bar fridge is super noisy in both of the rooms we've stayed in.

The staff was great and very helpful. They didnt have a chambermaid the day we checked in, so there was a wait, the room had some minor damage, but that would be from a guest, i assume that everything will get fixed up. Their tv channels are terrible, need a better selection. I have stayed at the foxwood many times and it has always been a clean comfortable room.

Staff was friendly and helpful, very nice! Building and amenities were modern and comfortable. The carpet was a little dirty in the room, found a toenail... yuck! One of the beds had a sheet with pilling, very scratchy, the other bed was great. Breakfast had the standard items, tasted fresh and had good coffee! Breakfast started at 5 AM which is much better than the 6 or 6:30 am of many places.

Under new management it says. Lobby is very nice! Looks brand new! Some carpets in the hotel need replacing and a few fixtures like lamps need upgrading but rooms are big. DVD's available, breakfast was great except for cheap plastic cutlery. I found bed mattress too hard fur my liking. Bonus 10% off at BP's next door!

I have the property a 4 star because the keys we were given didn’t work and instead of rekeying the cards we had to use an actual key attached to a card to get into our room. Just not convenient. After supper tried watching TV but not much of a selection of channels but we could have rented DVD’s from the lobbie. No Netflix or Prime. The breakfast however was very good with lots of choices to eat.
