The staff were great and easy to deal with. The pictures that were posted are not even close to what the room actually looked like. The staff gave us an upgrade, and it turned out the upgrade was even worse. It didn’t even look like the sheets had been changed. There was hair on the pillows and crumbs all over the comforter. We ended up not staying the night and grabbed an air mattress at my brother’s place. Again the staff was great but the hotel leaves much to be desired.

Stay was good. Room was clean, but coffee and cream was never replenished in our 4 days. But I went to the front deck and did it myself. The front end staff were amazing.
