Abgeschiedenheit und Einfachheit

Die Wohnung liegt sehr abgeschieden und ruhig. Die Einrichtung ist in sich stimmig und macht einen hochwertigen Eindruck. Ausgestattet ist die Wohnung eher spartanisch. In der Küche fehlen manche Utensilien: Frühstücksbretter, Knoblauchpresse, Mugs etc. Für die Sitzmöbel auf der Terasse gibt es lediglich kleine Stuhlkissen, keine Auflagen mit Rückenpolster. Sonnenliegen mit den entsprechenden Auflagen fehlen gänzlich. Auch ein Sonnenschirm für die Terasse auf der Südseite der Wohnung ist nicht vorhanden. Das Handbuch zur Wohnung ist nicht auf dem neusten Stand was WLAN und Abfallkonzept betrifft. In der Wohnung roch es trotz intensivem Lüftens unseren gesamten 5 tägiggen Aufenthalt über nach Desinfektionsmittel, was bei empfindlichen Leuten durchaus zu Kopfschmerzen führen kann In der Beschreibung der Wohnung findet man keinen Hinweis darauf, dass man die Stromkosten selbst bezahlen muss. Der Hinweis darauf kommt dann erst beim allerletzten Buchungsschritt, oder gar erst in der Buchungsbestätigung. Wir wollen natürlich nichts unterstellen, aber die Zählerstände wurden uns vom Verwalter mitgeteilt, ohne dass wir zusammen auf den Zähler geschaut haben. Am Ende wird man dann vor Ort vom Verwalter mit dem anderthalbfachen des üblichen Strompreises Kasse gebeten. Da haben wir uns abgezockt gefühlt.
