Die Wohnung befindet sich im Szeneviertel Neustadt nur 4 Gehminuten von der Elbe entfernt. Die Straßenbahn hält direkt vor der Tür und bringt Dich in wenigen Minuten bis in Dresdens schöne Altstadt. Die offenen, lichtdurchfluteten Räume sind mit sind mit allem ausgestattet was Du für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt brauchst! In der Dresdener Neustadt erwartet Dich eine individuelle Kneipenszene mit Bars, Restaurants und hübschen Cafés. Trotzdem ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig gelegen.

Dein Apartment liegt im 3. Stock, das Haus verfügt jedoch über einen Fahrstuhl - Koffer schleppen Fehlanzeige!
