Danke, you have a very nice Hotel. However, I warmly recommend you change the check in time 16:00 to earlier! Another, cleaning lady came before 9:00 am And second time when we came from breakfast 10:00…. even we left from Hotel at 10:30. Own pleace???

Tolle Unterkunft. Grosses Zimmer im 9. Stock. Sehr gutes Frühstück und einladende Bar. Das Zimmer war etwas kühl. Sehr gute Lage, sehr nah zum Zentrum.

Die Nähe zum Zentrum ist sehr gut. Etwas schade ist der Lärm vom Kongresszentrum, (direkt nebenan). Bis morgen um 02.30 lautes Gerede draussen.

Bei unserem Ankunft am Vormittag wurde uns gesagt, dass die Zimmer zwar schon vorbereitet waren, wenn wir sie schon beziehen möchte sollten wir aber €39.- pro Person zahlen Ich finde es nicht kundenfreundlich, habe sowas noch nie erlebt. Eher dass wir kostenlos das Zimmer früher beziehen durften. Bin sehr enttäuscht. Da ich einen Kurs bis am Abend hatte, konnte ich das Zimmer erst am Abend beziehen.
