Romantic attic apartment in beautiful Laubegast neighbourhood in Dresden

Our exclusive top floor apartment (approx. 40sqm) is a perfect place for two people to stay on the weekend or for a longer trip to Dresden. The apartment is located near to the Elbe River in the quiet neighbourhood of Laubegast. It has floor heating throughout the apartment and blackout curtains on all windows. The brand new kitchen offers a great place to sit and eat as well as many other amenities: dishwasher, ceramic stove, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. Tableware, glasses, pots, cutlery, and kitchen utensils are available as well. Comfortable chairs, a coffee table, and a Queen-sized bed (160cm) with included linens invite you to relax in the apartment. For entertainment we offer a flat-screen HDTV with satellite TV and a stereo with CD/MP3 player with an iPod dock and digital radio. There is also a large closet with plenty of hangers to accomodate your wardrobe.

Coffee & tea and a glass of champagne for our guests are included. Breakfast service is available upon request by the landlord. Shower & WC with each a terry bath towel per person and for private use.

The apartment stay is wonderful

I am staying from the US meeting my boyfriend who lives here in Germany. The apartment was so lovely and clean, we would recommend staying here to anyone. Nice walkable area close to the river and good restaurants. Very kind and caring hosts :)

Lovely, clean apartment

We loved our stay in the attic apartment in Laubegast. Laubegast is a great place to stay and has very easy tram rides to the old section of Dresden, the train station, the Blue Wonder Bridge and many other places. The apartment was spotless and a bottle of sparkling wine awaited us. A caution is that there are a couple flights of stairs - this is an attic apartment. Also, we found the WIFI a little spotty at times. Other than that, this apartment is perfect! Thanks, Lars and Olaf.

Pretty and peaceful

The owners are extremely helpful. They responded to emails promptly and any questions you have on arrival. They gave us a bottle of champagne and an umbrella. The apartment was bright,cheery, and bed was very comfortable. We only used ac one night and worked fine. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with local good restaurants. The tram is close and a thirty minute ride to old town. Washer and dryer are located in the basement. The only con is located on the top floor so I believe four flights up, no elevator and the Internet kept coming in and out.

Ankommen und wohfühlen

Leider hatten wir für unseren ersten Dresdenbesuch nur 2 Nächte und konnten den ganzen Komfort, den die Wohung bietet gar nicht nutzen, aber schon beim Eintreten war klar, dass wir keine Alternative für den näcshten Besuch suchen müssen. Perfekt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und auch unterm Dach an diesem vorsommerlich heißen Wochenende dank Klimaanlage beste Schlafqualität. Ruhige Lage ,inmitten von traumhaften Gärten, nur wenige Minuten zur Elbe und innerhalb einer halben Stunde problemlos an den wichtigsten Stellen der Stadt. Vielfältiges Infomaterial über Dresden vorhanden, oder im Gespräch mit dem Gastgeber bekommen. Wir würden auch einen 6. Stern vergeben. Danke!! Ursula Mattern und Dieter Kock

Sehr schöne helle Dachgeschoss Ferienwohnung. Modern stilvoll eingerichtet. Sehr gute KüchenAusstattung mit Kaffee und Tee vorhanden. Die wahrscheinlich schönste Ferienwohnung in Dresden

Ich habe schon viele verschiedene Ferienwohnungen in Dresden besucht. Diese ist wirklich eine der schönsten. Wir wurden persönlich empfangen und uns wurde die Wohnung gezeigt und alles erklärt. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und liebevoll eingerichtet, ohne dabei überladen zu wirken. Es ist alles da, was man braucht und viel mehr Platz als wir anhand der Bilder erwartet hatten. Kommen gerne wieder

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Unser Aufenthalt betrug 4 Wochen . Das App. ist perfekt ausgestattet, schön hell und ruhig. Besonders reizvoll war der Ausblick hoch über den Dächern Richtung Erzgebirge und des Nachts der Sternenhimmel. Wir waren ohne Auto dort und konnten in alle Richtungen mit den Öffentlichen unsere Ziele erreichen. Bei Bedarf wurden Fragen und Wünsche sofort mit den Vermietern sehr freundlich kommuniziert und geklärt. Verwöhntage in Laubegast

Olaf und Lars sind wunderbare Gastgeber. Mit vielen liebevollen Details ,wie kaltgestellter Sekt, Brötchensevice etc.und auch durch den persönlichen Kontakt haben sie unseren Aufenthalt besonders gemacht.
