First floor: living room with vaulted knotty pine ceiling, gas stove, HDTV, cable, WIFI; dining area; modern kitchen with granite countertops, stainless appliances (range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and small appliances); laundry area with washer/dryer; master bedroom with queen bed and attached master bathroom with tub/shower. Staircase with knotty pine rail leads to second floor balcony overlooking family room; large bunkroom with three bunk beds (double/twin, twin/twin, twin/twin) sleeps 7, attached 3/4 bathroom, and foosball table perfect for kids; 3rd bedroom with queen bed and walk-in closet; 4th bedroom also with knotty pine bunk bed (double/twin); third bathroom upstairs with double sinks and tub/shower. Attached two car garage with plenty of storage and alternate bunk room stair entrance. Large deck with two BBQs, plenty of seating and peek view of the Grand.
