Nestled on five acres in the rolling hills of Dripping Springs, Dripping Spring Ranchito del Cielo backs up to a seasonal creek and offers a private and serene setting. Enjoy the two daily visits from the local herd of whitetail deer, who eat from the feeder on our property. You will be close to Fitzhugh Road, as well as Hwy 290, where you'll find many wineries, breweries, restaurants, wedding venues, and more, that make Dripping Springs a popular destination.

This one-level home has been completely remodeled, inside and out, and offers 2,200 square feet of living space, with four bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms to sleep up to nine guests in ultimate comfort.

Entering the home through the front door puts you into the great room where you'll find a welcoming space holding the living room, kitchen and dining area.

Living Room: Enjoy the comfortable furnishings, a warm and inviting gas fireplace, Smart TV, and an abundance of natural light. There is also a desk nook just in case you need to catch up on work.

Kitchen: The chef's kitchen is fully equipped with new stainless appliances, including a Thor Professional gas range and a Fisher & Paykel double-drawer dishwasher. You will also love the look of a butcher block countertop and the farm sink with a view.

Dining area: This space has a beautiful view and offers a large table with seating for up to seven.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master Bedroom — King-size bed, Smart TV, ensuite bathroom offers double vanities and a shower.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 — Each bedroom has a queen size bed, Smart TV, and access to a full shared bathroom

Bedroom 4/bunk room — Twin-over-full bunk bed, Smart TV, access to full shared bathroom

Full shared bathroom offers a tub/shower combo

Additional half bath is in the BBQ pavilion for quick access to the pool.

Outdoor Areas:
The backyard has something for everyone! There is an enormous covered deck that extends the length of the house providing a large picnic table, rocking chairs and bar stools. Another covered Pavilion features an outdoor kitchen with a built-in gas BBQ, a pizza oven, bar seating for seven, a large Smart TV and a half bathroom. The uncovered deck offers Adirondack-style seating, and best of all, a private salt water pool that can be heated for an additional fee and upon request. Take a trip down a path and over a bridge to a private fire pit area with more Adirondack seating, two swinging chairs and a corn hole game. This is a great area for star gazing. You'll find that all of the outdoor spaces are surrounded by vast views of the Dripping Springs's rolling hills.

NOTE: The pool can be heated upon request for a cost of $150/day. The pool depth is 5.5 feet.

Pets: Up to two dogs allowed (50lbs max) with a $250 non-refundable pet fee. A pet welcome kit will be provided that includes dog bowls and mat, along with dog bags, a towel, and a washcloth. There is also a fenced-in dog run with a shade tree.
