There were dirty places in the hallway and by the ice machine. The biggest disappointment was the pool was not working. My sister and I had planned to visit by the pool all day Saturday. Because it wasn’t available, we had to change our plans for the day. Very disappointing. We should have been notified before we arrived. The staff at the desk was very friendly.

Hotel Overbooks & Won't Have Your Room Type

The hotel is fine. But they overbooked and thus did not have a king room available for my wife and I. Only had double queens left. I really don't understand this overbooking policy. Why do we even make reservations?
