Located on the southeastern end of Whitney Bay Road in a quiet neighborhood, this home faces east and offers a sunrise view. Nestled on 4 acres, this property has more than 300 feet of cobblestone shoreline to investigate. At the mouth of Third Bay, this home offers an excellent location for all types of water activities from kayaking to boating. The deep well dock is protected from open water. Vessels can be launched from Fort Drummond Marine just a short drive away.

This home has two large bedrooms. Bedroom one features two Queen beds and a Twin bed. Bedroom two features two Full beds and a Twin bed. The Livingroom's focal point is a beautiful limestone fireplace for those chilly nights. The kitchen has both a full refrigerator and a full stand-up freezer for the foodie or fisherman at heart! There are two large full size bathrooms. This home also offers a laundry room with washer and dryer. The expansive front deck faces east and offers plenty of space to kick back, relax and soak in lake life at it's finest.

This home comfortably sleeps 10 people.


If you are coming to Drummond Island to ride the trails, you will need to trailer to the trailhead from this home.
Side x Side’s and ATV’s are NOT permitted on M134/Channel Road.

Small Family gathering

It was a great place for a small family gathering. It has a lovely deck and waterfront, place for campfires and grilling. The marina down the road allows a larger boat access, and small boats can be brought to the private dock. It’s located on a protected cove that has interesting islands and coves to explore by boat. Only problem was we didn’t catch any fish!
