Hotel was better than expected. Room was a good space and not crowded. There was a chaise lounge by the window, the bed was comfortable, bathroom / shower spacious and there was also a small fridge and microwave which was not listed in the room amenities. Breakfast was good with a lot of choices and there is a small area with a gas fire pit that was a nice space. And more importantly, the room and hotel was very clean. I would definately stay here again if in the area.

We had booked the room for two nights but had an unanticipated family issue. The manager was unwilling to work with us to change the booking. It was an missed opportunity for good service. Holiday Inn will be at the bottom of my list for future stays.

Family getaway to see Ark

Beautiful hotel. Let us stay up late in lobby to play games. Tv wouldn’t stream after several attempts to reboot tv. They credited us back $40 total for the 2 day inconvenience. Breakfast bar was amazing! And open til 10am!
