The hotel is less than 6 months old and it is pristine. The staff checked in on us within minutes to ask if the room met our expectations and to see if we needed any additional help. Our stay was delightful!
Property was fresh with plenty of space to relax indoors and out. Staff was friendly. Room was clean and refreshed with coffee and clean towels.

The staff were not particularly friendly or helpful. The front desk clerk should remain at front desk--not sitting in the back room or cleaning up after bkfst service. Think more staff is needed at peak traffic times. Also asked for a paper statement and was told it was emailed. It was not. The only hotel out of 4 (3 were 'by Hiltons') that week that did not have additional desk staff/manager at front desk to thank guests at check-out.
