Whether your stay is for a weekend, a work assignment, or an extended visit, you'll enjoy the comfort and flexibility of having an entire apartment to yourself.

Clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, this apartment provides everything you need for a relaxing stay while giving you the freedom to experience DuBois at your own pace.
1) Both smoking and drugs are strictly prohibited in and around the property. Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited.
2) If we find any cigarette or marijuana ash found within the home, we will be collecting a minimum of $1000 fee.
3) Please do not rearrange our furniture and keep it clean before you leave.
4) Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 11:00 PM.
5) No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 4 people.
6) Ensure all doors are locked and windows are closed when you leave the property.
7) Parents must not leave children unsupervised and are fully responsible for their safety at all times.
8) Report any damages and/or breakages immediately.
9) No eating or drinking in the bedrooms.
10) Turn off any electronics/lights when you leave the house.
11) A late checkout fee of $50 will be applied to anyone that leaves the property at 11:00am or later on the day of checkout.
12) USE OF SECURITY CAMERAS - The security cameras are on the exterior of the house and main entrance doors. They are monitored by Flamepool Properties LLC who own the building.
13) Please do not rearrange our furniture and keep it clean before you leave.
14) No cats allowed
