Property was clean and extremely close to dubai mall, definitely a convenient location. Lobby was quite busy since its a small area and seemed like lots of people checking in and out.

Great location, interesting check in experience

Location is prime. Check in is a bit sketchy. They make you pay an extra deposit that is almost as much as you paid for the room. They say it’s refundable but it’s been 4 days since they said they would refund and it still hasn’t come.

This time disappointing.

I have been many times to this building and flats varies from one to another one. This time it was not so good. The third bedroom was a little room without windows and no closet. No furniture in bathroom to put our stuff.
