It was horrible. Terrible. The hotel does not qualify for 2 stars. The staff never picks up the calls and no reply on expedia. They did not cancel my booking and then they also gave my room to someone else. Then gave me a non smoking room but there was smoke smell everywhere. Bathroom was so foul and made so loud noise of water filling up in the tank. You cannot sit on the seat as the glass is not letting you sit. Then the AC was so bad could not shut off. The noise from the street is so loud. Breakfast was terrible. Salty and sweet at the same time and just not good staff.

The hotel room was nothing like the pictures and description online. The hotel staff is not cordial, the bathroom in the room is very dirty and all the water taps are wobbly, tap water was kept on the breakfast table for tea instead of boiled water. Overall, everything was disappointing 👎

Staff was very polite and courteous. This hotel needs improvement and upgrade. Old and broken furniture, bathroom drains were clogged, hard mattresses, and No free car parking facility. Breakfast should be free and a part of the stay package. Somehow the location was a good and very busy street with a lot of food restaurants and convenient stores within walking distance.

Location is in the heart and lively , near to bus station of naif intersection , walking 15 mins to banyas metro station , air conditioning good but very noisy , they clean room every two days which is not good , tv ok , refrigerator okay , old amenities, safe in the room , escalator is good , staff is okay but not very helpful , during check in they give me only one card inspite we are two and the check in guy give another card after while , overall , not bad
