Amazing property. Staff were friendly and accommodating to all our needs. Service desk was helpful with organising activities around the hotel and outside the hotel. Restaurants were fantastic and the wait staff were phenomenal. Would highly recommend if your budget allows it.

Awesome all round! Many issues encountered were dealt with promptly and professionally. We just had a wonderful time. The food was on point at every restaurant, loved it and can’t wait to go back!

Disappointing. Stay elsewhere.

A few issues. Definitely not up to the standard of when the resort first opened. Continual drainage issues which lasted for the full duration of our stay. Both the shower and toilet had a pungent waste smell which permeated the room. This was looked at a couple of times but never resolved. The shower was full of limescale and the shower head sprayed in all directions other than down. We had to request basic items such as a hairdryer as they were missing. Overall disappointing for a resort of this supposed calibre. We’ll stay elsewhere next time.

Racism among guests: staff management poor , a lack of discipline, disrespectfulness in the hotel facilities among black guests. As a black you have to demand respect and prove yourself . Staff didn’t see black as other guests they destroyed the hotel reputation. Whoever is the president of the hotel should check this out otherwise in the future the hotel Would get a lot of bad reputation .I’m black American and I never experienced this anywhere. Thank you very much
