Be Aware, the 2 small bedrooms in the apartment are infested with bed bugs and the management won’t take accountability over it!!! I travelled with 5 family members including my 11 months old baby and a 5 year old. We got bit the first night there but the bite marks didn’t show up until the next day. Second night at around 2am we found bed bugs in the rooms, and made every possible way to contact all the contacts we have, including going down to the lobby and asking the receptionists to call Mint Stay. None were reachable with the exception of ONE person from mint stay who told us that he couldn’t help us because it is not a property he oversees and asked us to wait until 9am the next morning. I refused to sleep in bed bugs infested rooms, so we all sat in the living room and trying to find a new hotel to stay. We gathered all of our stuff by the morning and moved out. I have been trying to contact the management for refunds of my booking, they refused refunding my stay including 3 nights of unused stay!!! This is outrageous! They claimed that the apartment is clean and had no prior issues, which is ba. We got bit the first night there and found 6 bed bugs in the rooms with physical evidence and pictures. This is a preexisting condition, and why would I jeopardize my trip and my kids’ health for this. We had NO issue with the hotels we booked afterwards. Yes, the apartment has a stunning view but it is absolutely not worth the headache. Management takes Zero accountability.
