Our charming 2 bed apartment is located on the 14th floor so the views are utterly fantastic. Greeted by the 24/7 hrs concierge as you walk in, other treats include a gym and swimming pool, so if your family or friends annoy you, you know where to send them.



With a spacious open plan dining/sitting room complete with T.V. which is on a wall bracket so it can be angled anyway, you'll also love the balcony and the amazing Dubai Marina canal views. Great to enjoy the morning coffee and free WIFI to catch up on emails and social media.



The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal that would impress even Gordon Ramsay. Thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience, it includes all the modern appliances and essentials to make you feel right at home. A washing machine is also available, making it especially handy for longer stays. The apartment features two spacious bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and its own en-suite bathroom, ensuring a comfortable and private experience for all guests. For added convenience, there’s also a separate guest washroom. Whether you're visiting for work or leisure, you’ll appreciate the dedicated workspace, ideal for remote working. Plus, a storage room is available to keep your belongings organized throughout your stay.



As part of your stay, hotel grade bed linens and towels are provided to give you that extra bit of comfort. We have even gone the extra mile to supply some initial toiletries including shampoo, soaps, as well as consumables such as tea and coffee, with enough to get you started until you can get to a supermarket.

⋆ Key Policy: AED 1,000 charge per lost key or key card. A call-out fee of AED 500 applies for door opening due to lost keys, in addition to the key replacement cost.

⋆ Smoking Policy: Strictly non-smoking inside the apartment; AED 2,500 charge for smoking violations.

⋆ Staining Charges: Minimum AED 250 charge for any stains on furniture or linen requiring professional cleaning.

⋆ Late Checkout: AED 250 fee for late checkouts past 11 AM, if approved in advance.
