The location of the property was very good, the quality of the food was very good. The service from the check in at the frontdesk to the housekeeping and the main restaurant were truly awful. For such an expensive hotel the money clewrly does not go towrads staff training. Please slconsider another hotel for your stay in Dubai.

Very hospitable and helpful staff. Lovely breakfast. Clean rooms. Everything I asked for was provided with a smile. In the current pandemic, the staff all handled the additional sanitation requirements well and have put many measures in place to ensure guests are kept as safe as possible. I will be back at this hotel in the future.

The Hotel on arrival is stunning , but ther3 is a lot of building work going on around, although we never heard any noise from our room. The Concierge and front of house staff are excellent and helped me numerous times. Although at the West14th steakhouse and bar the service was dreadful, we wanted to get the famous brunch on the Friday but were told to take a seat and it would be 5-10 mins. We then got forgotten abut and when I approached the server he said he was awaiting a cancellation, we felt we were not fit to attend and it was not a nice feeling. We on a previous visit had asked for a menu three times before one arrived, the staff in there seemed totally lost

I am disabled and the room I requested 1 year ago was given to a family and my husband and I put in a small double with a bath which is no good to me so over 3 days of a 10 day holiday we moved 3 times not the sort of service you expect from a 5 star hotel
