Once again grand cosmopolitan hotel does it again. Never let me down. I came back to the hotel again because my last stay was amazing and nevertheless our main man Ali he save the day to rescue we came early morning to check in but due to our flight time we weren’t able to check in until 2 but when I had no hope and tired the main hero Ali come with a surprise and manage to find a room but even more a bigger and spacious room he was so professional and amazing asset to have in the hotel. During our stay we have a lot of convo and bants with Ali and tareq. And also Ali you were right Real Madrid won the champions league my friend was crying in the room hahah but all the praise and rewards goes to Ali for making our stay comfortable and pleasant. It was really good and good choice to come back. I will be defo coming back to this hotel again see you soon 😇

the hotel was. amazing the room was so clean and big , the location of the hotel is very convenient to the metro station literally 2 min away from the hotel and a lot of restaurant to reset near by very local restaurant. the staff is very polite and espically I would like to mention a receptionist Tariq he was very funny and a good person to have a laugh when wee checked in and during thee whole stay.

Wir mussten 2 mal das Zimmer wechseln(1Uhr morgens) und wir bekamen ein Raucherzimmer obwohl wir ein 5 Monate altes Baby haben Es war sehr laut in den Zimmern, unangenehme Gäste
