Hotel was clean, F&F staff was unfriendly. Hotel catch on fire the second night we was there, we all had to stand outside for over two hours before we was clear to enter. Management didn’t follow up with us to let us know what was going on.

Everything about the hotel was exceptional, from the staff, rooms, food, all absolutely first class. A couple of the staff to mention were the 'captain' in the dining room (Raj), what an excellent employee, could not have been more friendly and helpful, and a geniunely lovely person to speak to. Also on the housekeeping staff was Amara, again she was lovely, great at her job, and went above and beyond in looking after our room. All of the reception staff were superb too, together with the kitchen staff who just prepared such excellent food. Will definitely return and would recommend the hotel to anyone.

We enjoyed our stay at the grand cosmopolitan resort. I was very impressed with everything!!!! Top notch hospitality not to mention the staff …. They super friendly. They made sure we had everything we needed and more. I definitely would stay here again.
