To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, please take note of the following house rules:
Licensing:
- This apartment is fully licensed by Dubai`s Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).
Guest Registration:
- Guests are required to submit soft copies of their passports prior check-in date to register with building management and facilitate smooth check-ins.
- Due to local laws, all guests must comply with this requirement.
Check-In and Check-Out:
- Standard Check-In time is 03:00 PM, and Check-Out is no later than 11:00 AM.
- Early Check-Ins and Late Check-Outs are subject to availability and may incur an additional cost.
Smoking:
- Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony.
- There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a violation fee of AED 1,500.
Pets:
- Pets are not allowed inside the property.
Lost or Damaged Items:
- In case of lost or damaged keys and parking cards, a replacement fee will be applicable.
-There is a charge of AED 1000 for each lost access card.
Amenities:
- We provide a starter pack of toiletries that covers 1-2 days of usage. Please note that further toiletries after that, you would have to purchase yourself and other consumables such as cooking condiments and cleaning products are not provided.
- Baby cots and baby high-chairs are subject to availability only and will incur an additional fee of AED 100 per night.
- Extra beds are subject to availability and will incur an additional fee of AED 150 per night.
- Extra towels and sheets can be provided but are subject to availability and for an additional fee of AED 150 per stay.
Cleaning:
- The included cleaning fee covers the apartment cleaning before and after your stay.
- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged depending on availability and for an additional fee.
