The apartment was fabulous, well equipped and had a fantastic view of the marina and the beach. We didn’t get the apartment we booked but the view was amazing.

Poor Service.

It took nearly two hours to check in where the agent advised that there was a portal issue providing details of the booming to Emaar. Security team of the building was also not very helpful and too busy on personal video calls. The property, whilst clean - had alot of ants. Communication upon the checkout process as agreed in the check in process was poor where i didnt receive a response... I checked out a day early. So essentially checked in past midnight.. and checked out a day early meaning the price was too much. However unable to actually speak to someone at Hotels.com (as the virtual agent process was not working) for a refuns.
