Had a fantastic stay at the Intercontinental in Dubai. Beautiful rooms that are clean, modern, well equipped and a level above most other stays. From the minute I checked in, hospitality was impeccable and the team kindly offered me a free breakfast and place to stay while my room was getting ready. Excellent staff - Great location, breakfast was not that great , and even though we booked their top of the line apartment, bathrooms were too small compare to dubai standards in similar properties. Overall great experience becuase staff is amazing!

We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel! The cleanliness throughout the property was excellent, and the staff were always attentive - especially the pool boys, who were consistently friendly and helpful. The reception staff were also incredibly kind and welcoming, and the room service team was very friendly and helpful as well. We really felt well taken care of throughout our stay. On the last day, we even received a cute little gift at the reception, which made us really happy. I also celebrated my birthday on November 11th and was surprised with a piece of cake - such a lovely gesture. We will definitely be coming back!
