Great hideaway resort with top class service

The staff was amazing and when an issue arose, everything was done to fix it. The privacy, large residence and peace of the whole resort really allowed us to fully rest. Parking was easy and access to Dubai very convenient (more so than other locations closer to town).

We were staying on the ocean side which was a bit noisy. But overall had a great stay. Beach and pool were very nice with an awesome view of Dubai skyline. Breakfast was very good. It was nice to have a kitchen and washing machine in the room.

Great hotel and staff !

Excellent hotel and stay. The staff were exceptional ! Front of house, restaurants and at pool/beach. Also the management. I have stayed with every type of five star Hotel from Four seasons, Jumeirah, Hilton, JW Marriott, le Meridian, Sheraton, intercontinental and many individuals world class hotels. Top hotels is always about the staff and management. We stayed at the Kempinski in Vienna which was great and this Kempinski was fantastic on the palm. Thank you !!
